Services

Sophia’s Banquet Hall provides event hosting services, including but not limited to weddings, private parties, corporate events, and related services such as DJ entertainment through affiliated partners.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation through a signed agreement and/or deposit.

Payments & Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your event date.

  • Final payment terms will be outlined in your event agreement.

  • Failure to complete payments as agreed may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies will be specified in your booking agreement.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

  • Any changes to event dates are subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding their event.

  • Comply with all local laws and venue policies.

  • Ensure guests conduct themselves appropriately during events.

Sophia’s Banquet Hall reserves the right to end an event if safety or property is at risk.

  • You may receive 1–2 messages per day for the first 2–3 days after initial contact

  • After that, message frequency will decrease and only be sent as needed
